Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a memorable and safe experience for all our guests. Please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before booking your boat or fishing charter.

Terms of Return:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter will not be eligible for a refund.

State of Return:
Charters must be canceled or rescheduled prior to departure and must be in accordance with the terms outlined above. Refunds will only be issued if the trip has not commenced and cancellation occurs within the required notice period.

Reason for Return (Cancellation):
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice
   
• Charter canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Booking error on our part (e.g., wrong date, wrong package)
   

No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows
   
• Late arrivals causing missed departure
   
• Seasickness or voluntary early return
   

Process for Return (Cancellation):
To cancel or reschedule your charter:

1. Contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure
    
2. Provide your full name and booking date
    
3. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent once the request is processed
    

Process of Refund:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment. If you reschedule instead of canceling, no refund is issued, and the full amount is applied to the new date. Refunds will not be issued in cash.
